Many say that youth is wasted on the young and that one
could accomplish a lot with youthful energy and wisdom
combined. Many are asked if they had the opportunity to
live their life over, what changes would be made? To be
certain those comments and questions are only hypothetical
and cannot be achieved, but they do make us think.
Solomon, the wisest man, advised his subjects to begin
to acquire wisdom early in life for blessing later in life:
"Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth,
Before the difficult days come, And the years draw near
when you say, I have no pleasure in them" (Ecc 12:1).
At times we regret because we did not search out wisdom
earlier in our life, however one can begin in the present
to receive those blessings by remembering his Creator.
Isaiah tells us that we can continue to call on Him
for understanding: "Have you not known? Have you
not heard? The eternal God, the Lord, The Creator
of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable" (Isa 40:28). He
has enough wisdom and energy to help us.
God tells us through Isaiah the prophet: "I am the
Lord, your Holy One, The Creator of Israel, your
King" (Isa 43:15). He can change us to be like Him.
He can create the new heart and new mind in a person.
His changes to our person and being bring no regrets.
Let us remember who has the holier and righteous way.
God's name is Jehová Elohim. He is the God who puts
our feet on a highway of holiness that allows us to
enter at the narrow gate of eternal life, not the
broadway that leads to destruction. Angels surround
His throne continually to say holy, holy, holy is the
Lord our God. You can Trust Him and Praise Him
Today for a holy way and better way!
