Why has the United States been a country of contrast
compared to the rest of the world? Can anyone see all
the other countries at the same time and compare them?
What is the message for our country about the future for
our society, our children?
Just as Israel was a promised special land for the Jews,
so has the United States been a blessed land of freedom
and prosperity. It has been a land that acknowledged
God in its government and policies. Moses declared to
his people that their land would be blessed by God if
they would acknowledge the Lord their God and obey Him:
"A land for which the LORD your God cares; the eyes of
the LORD your God are always on it, from the beginning
even to the end of the year" (Deut 11:12). So our country
has prospered and been blessed because it honored God.
God looks from heaven to see all the nations, to see if
there are those that fear Him and obey Him. The Scripture
tells us that there are no hidden plans from God and that
He sees every plan of action: "There is nothing that can
be hidden from God; everything in all creation is exposed
and lies open before His eyes. And it is to Him that we
must all give an account of ourselves" (Heb 4:13). Leaders
and individuals alike will one day have to give an accounting
of their life to God Who has seen it all.
John tells us that Jesus has a message for His group first;
the church (the believers): "This is the message from the
Son of God,Whose eyes blaze like fire, Whose feet shine
like polished brass" (Rev 2:18). That message states He is not
pleased that the believers tolerate immorality among themselves.
He warns the church: "All the churches will know that I am He
Who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one
of you according to your deeds" (Rev 2:23). His message is a
call to repentance from those actions.
Let us remember who is the God that sees everything and
nothing is hidden from Him. God's name is Jehová El Roi.
Jehová El Roi sees the needs of His people. He judges His
own people in His merciful manner. He loves them too much
to let them continue in those actions that will ultimately hurt
them or destroy them. Raise your hands to Him and Praise
Him today for His supernatural vision that He is the all-seeing
God today!
