Would you believe it if someone told you that they would
be all that you ever need? Is it difficult to trust one
with your future? What guarantee do I have that the Lord
would fulfill what He represented to me?
God spoke to Aaron to relieve any worries and doubts
that he had about serving God--The Lord said to Aaron,
"You will not receive any property that can be inherited,
and no part of the land of Israel will be assigned to
you. I, the Lord, am all you need" (Num 18:20).
Though God spoke this promise to Aaron, It is also for
other believers because God is all that one needs, and
God sees and knows what we need before we ask for it.
The Psalmist took God literally at His Word that He
held all of his times and provisions supplied for him--
"You, Lord, are all that I have, and You give me
all that I need; my future is in Your hands"
(Psa 16:5). We find many times that actually there is
no one else around to help us, but then we realize
that He remains with us and we only need Him.
Paul believed in the future tense like the Psalmist--
"And my God will supply all your needs according to
His riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19).
"I call to God, the Most High, to God, who supplies
my every need" (Psa 57:2). The Most High God sees the
the needs of His people and is pleased to help them.
Let us remember who is the God that sees all things.
God's Name is Jehová El Roi. He is the God that sees
the NEEDS of His people, that is our moral conscience
and strength daily, and is our strong support because
our hearts are truly His. Lift your hands to Him and
Praise Him today for the fact that He is the God that
that sees everything that we need!
