Can God provide a right solution at the right time for
great rulers and kingdoms of our world? What system is
explained to the rulers of the world as the best world
system? What sacrifice should a great ruler make to God
for His solution and system that He provides?
Daniel was facing a death sentence because none of the
wise men could provide a solution to the question and
dream of King Nebuchadnezzar, but Daniel prayed with
his three friends and God gave the solution that night--
"God is wise and powerful! Praise Him forever and ever.
He controls the times and the seasons; He makes and un-
makes kings; it is He who gives wisdom and understanding;
Take me to the king, and I will tell him what his dream
means--You are a great ruler now and there will be great
rulers and kingdoms after you, but there will be a time
when the God of heaven will establish a kingdom that
will never end, It will never be conquered, but will
completely destroy all those empires and then last
forever" (Dan 2:20,21,24,44). God is always faithful
to provide the right solution at the right time.
Paul was also used by God to explain to a great ruler
about the difference of two systems of religion. Festus
was surprised that the only complaint that the Jews had
about Paul was his belief. He informed King Agrippa--
"All they had were some arguments with him about their
own system of religion and about a man named Jesus, who
has died- but Paul claims that He is alive" (Acts 25:19).
Paul then had the opportunity to present the Gospel and
God's system to King Agrippa and the royal court.
A wise decision for a ruler of a kingdom is to acknowledge
that God is the true King. God has provided the sacrifice
and atonement for our sins. A sacrifice to Him is in order--
"Then King Nebuchadnezzar fell on his face, and worshipped
Daniel, and commanded that they should offer in sacrifice
to him victims and incense" (Dan 2:46). Daniel's response
was to make the sacrifice of righteousness to God.
Let us remember who is the God that provides all things.
God's name is Jehová Jireh. He is the God that provides
a Solution to the problems of His people. He is the God
that provides a System for His people to live. He is the
God that provided a Sacrifice for humanity. Lift your
hands to Him and Praise Him today for the fact that He
is the God that provides for our every need!
