What is the source of problems for all individuals that
are on this earth? Is there a system that is available
that keeps one from this problematic source? Who made
the solution and system available for all individuals?
The Scripture tells us that when Moses came down from
the mountain with the ten commandments, it was smoking
and rays of lightning were all about it. All of Israel
was terrified and didn't want to come near the mountain-
Moses replied, "Don't be afraid; God has only come to
test you and make you keep on obeying Him, so that you
will not sin" (Exo 20:20). God provided a Solution with
His commandments as a teacher to all humanity. Sin is a
problem to every individual and the Psalmist found a way
to keep himself from the problem of sin. He remembered--
"I keep your law in my heart, so that I will not sin against
You" (Psa 119:11). He remembered the commandents so
that he would not have problems and sin against God.
John tells us the evidence of an individual that has faith
in God is a System to practice following God. Because
God has placed His nature in that individual, he is changed-
"Those who are children of God do not continue to practice
sin, for God's very nature is in them; and because God is
their Father, they cannot continue to sin" (1John 3:9). A
believer continues to be prone to sin, but he renounces it
and the new nature will prevail over it. A true believer will
not be content at all in sin because the new nature will not
tolerate it. God's new System overcomes the lower nature.
John tells us that only one Person is responsible for the
best solution and best system that we have for living----
"Whoever sins is guilty of breaking God's law, because sin
is a breaking of the law. You know that Christ appeared in
order to take away sins, and that there is no sin in Him"
(1John 3:4). Jesus only could make the Sacrifice for our
sin because He is perfect, without blemish or sin. It was
His obedient, sacrificial life and body that was crucified.
That death sentence and judgement on Him made payment for
the penalty of all our sin. He took our punishment on the
cross that was the penalty of our sin. It is that Sacrifice
that is our Solution and System for a new life.
Let us remember who is the God that provides all things.
God's Name is Jehová Jireh. He is the God that provides
a Solution to the problems of His people. He is the God
that provides a System for His people to live. He is the
God that provided a Sacrifice for humanity. Lift your
hands to Him and Praise Him today for the fact that He
is the God that provides for our every need!
