In this age of computers, we can now make presentations
quicker and more effective. What type of presentation do
you believe God would make for you? What principle is at
stake in the presentation? What process does God use in
His presentations and principles?
Paul tells us that Christ had a purpose when He came to
earth to preach to the elect, those who would accept His
truths and presentation of the Gospel that leads to the
life eternal-----"In the body of His flesh through death,
to present you holy, and blameless, and above reproach
in His sight" (Col 1:22). He purposes to present us to
the Father without blemish.
Peter tells us the principle that God uses is a matter
of protocol to pattern ourselves after Christ--"But as
He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all
your conduct, because it is written, "Be holy, for I am
holy" (1Pet 1:15-16). To Be the kind of person that
Christ wants is a standard that He helps us to attain.
The writer of the Hebrews tells us that a process is
taking place in the believer---"For both He who
sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are
all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to
call them brethren" (Heb 2:11). Even though
we are not perfect now, the process that God has
put in place in the heart of the believer will perfect
him. For He who began a good work in you will be
sure and faithful to complete it.
Let us remember who is the God that sanctifies us as a
holy people. God's name is Jehová Mekaddesh, He is the
Lord that sets His people apart. He completely cleanses
us from all unrighteousness. He completely liberates us
from the power of sin. He completely fills us with His
Holy Spirit. Lift your hands to Him and Praise Him today
for His mercy and purpose and will to sanctify us!
