Does God protect those that believe Him on every front?
What does it accomplish to come before God with fear and
trembling? Does Jesus enjoy instructing and teaching the
believers to be wise and knowledgeable?
The Psalmist knew that there was no other way to explain
his safety other than the fact that God hedged him about-
"You are all around me on every side; You protect me
with Your power" (Psa 139:5). Our safety is His purpose.
It is a great feeling of security to know that God has put
His protection about us to keep us in peace.
Mark tells us that after a woman had been healed for her
faith in touching the garment of Jesus, Jesus knew about
the secret act of faith, just as He knows all other parts
of our mind that are secret. She became very aware of the
power of God and came to Jesus to worship and adore Him-
"But the woman fearing and trembling, aware of what had
happened to her, came and fell down before Him, and told
Him the whole truth" (Mark 5:33). Certainly we benefit by
telling Jesus the truth and and are honest with Him.
John tells us that Jesus enjoyed starting early to teach the
people that had a desire to learn and know more about Him--
"Early the next morning He went back to the Temple. All the
people gathered around Him, and He sat down and began
to teach them" (John 8:2). His teaching is the source of
hope and wisdom for us. Those that search for Him and His
His wisdom early will find great blessing!
Let us remember Who is the God that is our peace. God's
Name is Jehová Shalom. He is the God that puts His peace
all around His people. He is the God that is helping us
learn His ways. He is meek and humble and makes us aware
that the fear of the Lord gives protection. He will soon
crush Satan under our feet and instructs us from all of
His teaching. Lift your hands to Him and Praise Him today
for the fact that He keeps us with in His peace!
