What is the natural law and order of things in our world?
What is the supernatural law of promise and reward in the
life of the born again believer? What would you give to be
free of the cares and troubles in your life today?
Paul gives us the example of Hagar and Sarah. God loved
and blessed both women with their offspring; but had two
different purposes in mind. There is one natural way to
man (our own way) that leads to sin and death. The Bible
says no man will be justified by keeping the law. Abraham
chose to have a son by his own way: "It says that Abraham
had two sons, one by a slave woman, the other by a free
woman. His son by the slave woman was born in the usual
way, but his son by the free woman was born as a result
of God's promise" (Gal 4:22-23). The natural order of
things is not God's purpose for man, but salvation from what
would enslave a person.
Paul tells us that the natural order of things is one of
enslavement. Man is enslaved by sin and seeks to enslave
others; "These things can be understood as a figure: the
two women represent two covenants. The one whose children
are born in slavery is Hagar, and she represents the covenant
made at Mount Sinai. Hagar, who stands for Mount Sinai in
Arabia, is a figure of the present city of Jerusalem, in
slavery with all its people" (Gal 4:24-25). The promise and
reward is the supernatural order of God that can free every
person from the natural order by His salvation.
Paul reminds us that the person who accepts the fact that
he has followed the natural order of things admits that he
has sinned. That person then changes his mind to obey and
to listen to God's will in his life; freedom from all of the
natural order occurs in his life: "So then, my friends, we
are not the children of a slave woman but of a free woman"
(Gal 4:31). The spiritual birth that occurs is salvation
that makes us truly free. A person only has to give away
their own way and the natural order to be free. Paul tells
us all of creation eagerly awaits our freedom: "That creation
itself would one day be set free from its slavery to decay
and would share the glorious freedom of the children of God"
(Rom 8:21). God is patiently waiting to give you freedom.
Let us remember who is our Savior. God's name is Jehová
Yeshua . He is the God of Salvation, when the impossible
situation troubles us. He is the God that has a different order
and purpose to free us from any type of enslavement . Raise
your hands to the Lord Of Salvation,. Praise Him and
thank Him as the Messiah of Salvation Today!
