TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF THE HIGH COURT OF HEAVEN:
 

The above Petition is for HOLY SPIRIT POWER at the HIGH COURT OF HEAVEN for the SOUL listed above. The Believer that is above listed acknowledges he is undeserving of such favor, and tender mercies, however there are precedents for God to give the HOLY SPIRIT POWER. The Plea is for the HOLY SPIRIT POWER........

 

The Honorable Judge of Heaven states, represents the following statements to be true and states that it is impossible for this same God in heaven to lie – Heb 6:18 

The Honorable Judge of Heaven hears the following statements and pleas of the Petitioner as reasons that the request for the HOLY SPIRIT POWER should be granted...
 

Paul prayed that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in His holy people, and His incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength He exerted when He raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come - Eph 1:18-21  

Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another —to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God – Rom 7:4 - I am free from the law of sin and death. I am now Your possession bought and paid for by Your Precious Blood. By FAITH I believe that I am Your slave not to sin, but to righteousness by FAITH.  I will listen and obey Your Holy Spirit and I ask for You to fill me with Your Holy Spirit ........
 

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the POWER may be of God and not of us - 2 Corinthians 4:7 - I recognize the treasure that Your Holy Spirit is in my life. It is the pearl of great value, there is no other treasure compared to You. I ask You to fill this earthen vessel, my complete being with Your Holy Spirit.....
 

But you shall receive POWER when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me – Acts 1:8 - Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit to empower me that I may overcome the old nature and future temptation. I ask for that HOLY SPIRIT POWER that You promised....
 

Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us – Rom 5:5 - Your Word says that the Holy Spirit will not disappoint me and not one will be put to shame that trusts in You. I ask that You pour into this earthen vessel that hope of the Holy Spirit that will not disappoint. That HOLY SPIRIT POWER will not disappoint as You say.......

 

God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Holy Spirit and BELIEF in the truth - 2 Thess 2:13 For we through the Holy Spirit eagerly wait for the Hope of Righteousness by FAITH – GAL 5:5 - Your Word says that I have been set apart by Your Holy Spirit because You chose me. I ask You earnestly for the Holy Spirit Hope of Righteousness that You promise.......

 

We are kept by the POWER of God through FAITH for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time - 1 Pet 1:5 - By FAITH I believe that You will keep me by Your HOLY SPIRIT POWER, and I ask You for that now....
 

The main PURPOSE of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit in this life then is to give us more POWER to demonstrate Christ and win people to Him, so that they can be saved.......
 

If a son of God asks for bread from Father God, will He give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will He give him a serpent instead of a fish? Or if he asks for an egg, will He give him a scorpion? Luke 11:11-12 - I am asking for the Bread of Life, not a cold stone of death, I am asking for the fish of FAITH, not the serpent of doubt, I am asking for the egg of hope, not the scorpion and sting of disappointment . Jesus says these are the correct things to ask for. By FAITH I believe You will give me the HOLY SPIRIT POWER......

 

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him! - Luke 11:13 - By FAITH I believe that You are a good Father and know how to give good things to Your children that ask. By FAITH without doubting I expect that I have already received what I asked for because Jesus said "all things" that you pray for believe that you have already received them. By FAITH I believe that You will give me the HOLY SPIRIT POWER that You promise because You are a good Heavenly Father........

Does He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of FAITH? Gal 3:5 - I heard Your Word and by FAITH accepted it and the miracles that You do. I ask by FAITH for the HOLY SPIRIT POWER for those miracles to continue.....

He erased the certificate of debt, with its obligations, that was against us and opposed to us, and He took it out of the way by nailing it to His cross - Col 2:14 - I accept Your payment for my sin debt by FAITH believing that it is taken out of the way. I ask for Your HOLY SPIRIT POWER to live free from that debt of sin. By FAITH  I believe that Your will was done in heaven that paid that sin debt, by FAITH I believe that Your will is now done here on earth also. By FAITH I believe that Your HOLY SPIRIT POWER will provide a way to live free from all other debt on earth.........
 

Abram BELIEVED the LORD, and He received the Credit of Righteousness - Gen 15:6 - By FAITH You gave him a huge Credit of Righteousness and by Your promise also, my Righteousness comes by FAITH. By FAITH without doubting I believe that You will give me that huge treasure and Credit of Righteousness that You promise. It is Your Word  that represents You will do it, I ask by FAITH that You do it that no shame be brought to Your Name. I ask by FAITH for the HOLY SPIRIT POWER and Credit of Righteousness...

 

Go and borrow empty containers from everyone—from all your neighbors. Do not get just a few. Then go in and shut the door behind you and your sons, and pour oil into all these containers. Set the full ones to one side – 2 Kings 4:3-4 - You did not put this story in Your Word to be disregarded. It was a miracle of Your HOLY SPIRIT POWER. This widow was broke and could not pay her creditors.

It is a picture of You providing a huge Credit of Righteousness by her FAITH. She believed that You could pay that huge debt to the creditor that she owed. By FAITH she did what the prophet told her to do and filled the many borrowed vessels with oil, she did not get a few. This is the picture of what I should do with Your Holy Spirit, fill many other vessels, not just a few, with the oil of Your Holy Spirit. By FAITH I believe that You will give me that HOLY SPIRIT POWER to fill many vessels with Your Holy Spirit oil, the Gospel of Jesus and FAITH in Him......
 

Details of the Procedure

After the many borrowed vessels were filled with oil, she went and told the man of God, and he said, "Go sell the oil and pay your debt; you and your sons can live on the rest” – 2 Kings 4:7 - By FAITH the widow received the oil that continued to flow to fill many borrowed vessels. By FAITH I believe that You will do for me what You did for the widow.

You paid her debt and put her in business, Your HOLY SPIRIT POWER business to fill many earthen vessels with Your Holy Spirit. By FAITH I trust You to give me that HOLY SPIRIT POWER to do Your will. I ask You to do as You say so that many earthen vessels will be filled with Your HOLY SPIRIT POWER, the Gospel of Jesus and FAITH in Him, By FAITH I ask You to remove any obstacle or mountain that would hinder this request and cast it into the sea........
